Once I met a guy who had the same dream every night:

He was in a far away land, crossing a bridge over an infinite fall.

On the other side, clouds hindered his destination. He didn’t know why, but he was sure he had to get there.

That’s when a giant elephant walks in, the bridge rips apart and he falls into the abyss.

He never discovered what was on the other side of the bridge, but the story still fascinates me.
